Got a big dog?
client: PetElite
project ID:050805
date: August 2005

Challenge: From a low resolution PDF recreate illustration and then localise poster. Much of the material supplied from the US has varying levels of branding, and often only low resolution images. Where we can, we make use of what is supplied and add in the running constants for New Zealand and then we replace material that won't work correctly. This was for our client to print at their own convenience so final artwork was PDF format to allow PetElite as much versatility as possible.

jesus is coming!
client: Christchurch City Choir
project ID: 0511
Date: November 2005

Challenge: getting information to niche group of public, whilst breaking out of the "in crowd" who know the musical piece, and starting a conversation amongst the "ignorant"
One colour A4 posters, rack cards with booking information, B&W adverts in local press [some colour]
posters and rackcards are delivered by the choir itself and distributed to affiliates and supporters which is very effective. the choir are staunch advocates of their own work and have a network who want to hear this music already
adverts and posters in the wild are oriented towards being eye catching, and simple. tell the story: what where when, the who is not pushed too much, if you're ignorant knowing who won't make you any less ignorant, nor will it convince you that it's worth finding out who is who! and there's some background so that the ignorant might find their way over the lip and tip into interest instead of apathy
